Ben has over 14 years of Canadian and international market research experience. Ben likes to combine his interest in innovation, customer service, teamwork, research methods, as well as big data, to deliver quality insights, as well as technically sound, harmonious, efficient, innovative, and effective research programs and partnerships.

Ben has an honours political science specialist undergraduate degree from The University of Toronto, where he was a scholarship winner, and several specializations from UPenn, INSEAD, University of Toronto, MIT, and Cornell in data analytics, big data, marketing, collaboration, and finance, during which he won additional academic awards. He was recently a client business partner at Nielsen on the former Consumer Insights North America team, and became their Customer Experience Global Champion, and Marketing and Data Automation Team Lead.

What’s your passion, Ben?

My professional passion is breaking down barriers in data flow, be they due to accessibility, data quality, out-of-date methods, or understandability. I have a history of humanitarian work as a technologist and fundraiser, and currently give back as a market researcher on a variety of civic projects in my spare time, which informs my professional and personal focus. I am also passionate about constant professional development and teamwork.
