The Strategic Counsel undertakes Employee Engagement Research projects that assist senior management to inspire, lead, and manage their workforce.

We approach Employee Engagement Research by first measuring the current state of employee engagement. What are the current strengths and weaknesses? We seek to identify opportunities for senior management to take initiative to improve and intensify employee engagement, ultimately leading to increased commitment and performance.
