The Strategic Counsel undertakes employee engagement projects with the objective of creating a decision-making tool to assist senior management in inspiring, leading, and managing its employee workforce. 

Our approach is to measure the ‘current’ state of employee engagement, specifically the current strengths and weaknesses. We seek to identify opportunities for senior management to take initiatives to improve and intensify employee engagement, ultimately leading to increased commitment and performance.  In undertaking employee research, tremendous care, sensitivity, and most importantly, confidentiality need to be pivotal considerations. 

Our toolkit in gauging employee engagement includes creating coffee chats, holding focus groups, and conducting surveys.
