Gloria Regina Roheim joined The Strategic Counsel team in the spring
of 2008. She is fluent in English, French and Hungarian and has gained
extensive overseas and domestic experience in project management, policy
research and administration.
Gloria's role at The Strategic Counsel encompasses aspects of
both qualitative and quantitative research including areas such as project
support, project management, data analysis, and reporting. She completed
a two-year multidisciplinary M.A. degree at the University of Toronto
with a focus on European Studies, and earned her B.A. at McGill University
in Political Science and Canadian Studies.
Gloria's professional background includes working as a Researcher and
Writer for Canada's World at the Munk Centre for International Studies,
as a Legislative and Policy Assistant in the Ontario Ministry of Finance,
and as the Project Manager for the University of Toronto's Kosovo Research
Group and Student Government Project in Montenegro. Prior to that, she
also worked in Securities at the Royal Bank Financial Group and as a Junior
Consultant in Budapest at a Danish Consortium, working on European Social
Fund initiatives.
When Gloria has free time she enjoys spending time outdoors or at the
gym, reading, debating the latest international news items, dinning out
with friends and family, or traveling to a new corner of the world.
