Testing new online video games to increase appeal and ease of use

Challenge: Our client wanted to test an online video game among young children to enhance the game’s appeal, instructions and ease of use among the target market.

Solution:  The Strategic Counsel undertook a series of in-home interviews with kids. It was a test of the video game in the home computer environment.  The kids were asked to spend time playing with the online video game and answer a series of questions.

Results:  The research led to a series of changes and refinements in the video game to enhance its appeal and usage.
