A Major International Bank wanted to be a leader in new mobile technology

Challenge:   With the quickening pace of adoption of mobile technology and apps, an international bank wanted to test new banking apps that would optimize the customer experience.

Solution:  The Strategic Counsel undertook extensive qualitative research with targeted customer segments to gauge interest in new apps and obtain customer feedback on how the apps could be designed to optimize the customer experience.

Results:    Insights and learning from this research has been extensively used in the design of the new apps.
