Challenge: Over the space of more than a decade, a major international cinema organization has asked The Strategic Counsel to help it with economic assessment, patron segmentation, testing of marketing and communications materials, and understanding patron and public impressions. These many and varied research projects had to be accomplished on a limited budget and on tight timeframes.

Results: The research we have conducted has provided an accurate and ongoing assessment of patrons’ impressions, preferences, and demographic make-up. We have used sophisticated analytics to mine the data collected for rich insights into patrons’ attitudes. This information has been used to shape marketing and communications efforts.
