Donna Nixon, Partner

Donna has over 25 years experience in all facets of market and public opinion research.  She is known for her lively presentations and insightful analysis. Donna’s approach to client service is simple – provide practical advice. She is a highly responsive consultant and all of her research programs offer concrete recommendations. Having worked on both the client and supplier sides of the research business she has a particular strength in being able to put herself in her client’s shoes.

Donna has amassed a broad base of experience across both the qualitative and quantitative realms, demonstrating an engaging and probing moderating style in addition to a flare for creative survey design.  Her client base is extensive and includes some of Canada’s foremost companies and organizations in the financial services, health, environment, and energy sectors, among others.  Her areas of research expertise are equally broad, ranging from advertising testing and evaluation, to designing voice of customer and customer experience programs, social marketing and public educational outreach, and research-based communications and marketing strategies.

Outside of her work, Donna is a busy mother and wife whose husband recently completed an assignment in the United Arab Emirates for an environmental management company. As a frequent trans-Atlantic commuter between Canada and the Middle East Donna’s immersion in two cultures brings a unique perspective to her market research and allows her to indulge her interest in travel and international cuisine.
